How do I change my password?

Click on "My Account" at the top of the screen:

  1. On the "My Profile" screen, click on the "Change Password" link.
  2. Type in your old password and your new password.
  3. * New password must contain a minimum of 8 characters with at least one special character or digit.
    * The new password must be different than the old password.
  4. Click on "Save".

How do I setup a payment plan to pay my bill?

Click on "Bill Center" at the top of the screen:

  1. Click on "Pay Now" to review an active bill.
  2. Click on the drop-down menu within the "Pay with Installments" link below the Amount Due.
  3. Select the number of payments to make until your bill is paid in full.
  4. Click on the "Submit Payment" button.

How do I change my credit or debit card to another card?

Click on "My Account" at the top of the screen:

  1. Click on "Payment Methods" on the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on the "Add Payment Method" button to add another payment method or "Edit" to edit the existing card.
  3. Add or edit the credit card information and click on "Save".

How do I add notes to my bill?

Click on "Bill Center" at the top of the screen:

  1. Click on "View Details" to open the bill to which you want to add notes.
  2. Click on the "Add Notes" button on the top left hand side.
  3. In the new window, add the appropriate notes.
  4. Click on "Save" and the notes will appear on your bill.
  5. *Notes can only be added to bills with a "Paid" status.
    *Notes are for your personal use and are not shared with your provider.

How can I review past payments?

Click on "Bill Center" at the top of the screen:

  1. Past payments that were completely on the PatientPay portal will have "Paid" in the status column.
  2. Click on "View Details" to see a detailed breakdown of the services and payment information. To print a copy of the receipt, click on the "Print" button in the upper right hand corner of the "Bill Details" screen.

How do I opt out of receiving my bills via email from my provider?

Click on "My Account" at the top of the screen:

  1. Click on "Email Preferences" on the left side of the screen.
  2. Remove the checkmark next to the provider from which you no longer wish to receive your bills electronically.
  3. Click on "Save".
